This process could take 7 to 45 days depending your references giving us timely feedback. To speed up this process, it is advisable that you contact your references and inform them of your application.
If your application is successful, our staff will prepare and send your office two copies of our agency contract for your business principle to sign return to us by email, initially as scan copy and then both originals by post to Contact Us.
On receipt, VSA, Director will attest the same and send your office one original copy for your records.
As per National Code requirements, your business details will be lodged in to our agency database with in VSA website.
In 7 days, VSA staff will create access within our Agent Portal for your agency to be able to securely log in and enrol students on-line using our management system.
These log in details are very confidential and only will be emailed to an authorised person nominated by your agency.
This site is very comprehensive and you will be able to manage all your students' enrolment, their study status, their payment methods and your entitlements. This business environment creates and builds trust between parties and accountability to each party.
