Follow the steps below to apply to study as an international
student at Vocational Studies - Australia
Step 1- Complete application form
Complete the Vocational Studies - Australia International
Application
Form and return to the Student Support Services, via email
or submit your application to the agent in your home country.
Include the following with your application
form:
- a clear copy of your passport
- a clear copy of your IELTS
- a clear copy of your most recent academic history equivalent to Australian year 12
- evidence of employment history (if applicable).
Step 2 - Offer of Place
Student Support Officer will review your application
and will issue the Letter of Offer via email. Please pay particular
attention to any "special conditions" which have
been included in this offer. The offer will also include Vocational
Studies - Australia Refund and Transfer Policy, and Terms
and Conditions of Study. Applicants who do not meet entry
requirements are notified of their unsuccessful application
Step 3 - Acceptance of Offer and
Payment of Tuition Fees
The applicant must read the Offer Letter, sign and
date it and return it (via email) to the Student Support Services
Please Include following with your email:
- receipt of payment for the full first semester fee or a copy of the Telegraphic Transfer if paid from overseas
- receipt of payment for Overseas Student Health Cover (if purchasing through Vocational Studies - Australia)
- evidence of having fulfilled any special conditions (as included in the Offer Letter).
- request for Confirmation of Enrolment Form
Step 4 - Receive your Confirmation
of Enrolment
Once payment and conditions are finalized, Vocational Studies
- Australia will send you Confirmation of Enrolment (COE),
which details program commencement and orientation date.
